How much can I realistically earn?
Solo is £19/mo. 20% × £19 = £3.80 per month for the first 12 months = roughly £46 per Solo customer in year one. Refer 20 Solo firms in year one and you're at around £900 cash that year, plus a lifetime tail of 5% (about £1 per month each) for as long as they stay. Team (£29) and Site (£33) customers pay out proportionally more.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, once your balance crosses £25. Paid via PayPal, Wise or UK bank transfer (you pick during signup). Statement visible in your dashboard every day.
Can I refer firms I work for or own?
No. Our tracking system auto-flags self-referrals. The programme is for genuinely introducing new customers, not signing up your own firm.
What happens if a referred customer cancels?
If they cancel inside the 14-day window, no commission is earned. After that, no clawback. Future months just stop accruing. Customer churn is on us, not you.
What's the customer offer?
Anyone who clicks your referral link gets 10% off their first three months, auto-applied at checkout. You also have a personal code (e.g. YOURNAME10) that you pick in your portal; if a customer types it instead, they still get the discount and the attribution still lands on you. Your commission is calculated on the discounted price for those three months, then on full price from month four onwards.
Can I lose my account?
Only if you do something dodgy. Fake signups, fraudulent activity, that kind of thing. Plain bad behaviour means revoked, balance forfeited. The full affiliate terms cover the detail.
