Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, full access on any tier. 14-day money-back guarantee on top: if you change your mind in the first fortnight after billing starts, we refund everything, no questions.
Can I switch tiers?
Any time, self-serve. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No minimum term on monthly. Cancel within the first 14 days of billing for a full refund. Your data stays available to export for 90 days after cancellation; after that it's permanently deleted.
Why pricing by app users — and what does that mean?
An "app user" is someone who installs the app on their phone — your office team, foremen, lead hands. They get full access. Sub-contractors, employed labourers and visitors who sign in via the public QR code don't install anything and don't count toward the cap. We price this way so you're not punished for inducting subbies.
